What You'll Do
- Leverage your existing medical or hospital network to connect with hospital owners, medical directors, and healthcare administrators requiring NABH accreditation and quality compliance support
- Establish trusted, long-term partnerships with healthcare providers across your territory
- Introduce and promote Ryvance's comprehensive service tiers — from NABH entry-level preparation to clinical quality audits and nursing excellence frameworks
- Coordinate with the Ryvance consulting team to ensure smooth client onboarding and engagement handover
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and provide regular progress updates
- Represent Ryvance at healthcare events, conferences, and networking forums across your region
What We're Looking For
- Experienced Medical Representatives (MRs) are strongly encouraged to apply — this role is well-suited as an additional, flexible engagement alongside existing work
- Healthcare sales professionals and hospital administration graduates seeking a performance-driven consultancy opportunity
- Strong existing network within hospitals, nursing homes, or the broader healthcare ecosystem is a significant advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Basic understanding of NABH, JCI, or hospital quality standards is desirable
- Graduate degree required; MBA or healthcare management qualification preferred
